Family owned farm great selection of poultry pork and beef, Fresh eggs, they also have have honey that they sell from their neighbors honeybees
The people were pretty friendly but there prices are just way to expensive. Like for an example 1 dozen regular size eggs are over 4 dollars, large are over 5 dollars and jumbo are almost 7 dollars. Then there meats which are not prepared there, they actually get it from Pennsylvania were also over priced.
Best eggs and sausage around. It's totally worth the drive.
We love Springfield Farm and all the fresh delicious food. Being a closed farm, don't expect to visit the animals. That makes for no antibiotics in the meat, so well worth it. Heading up to order a Turkey now. Thanks for all you do, Springfield. We highly recommend!
The eggs are so fresh and delicious and I learned that they don't need to be refrigerated! I had no idea. We love the fresh and frozen chicken as well. If you're trying to change up to a more natural diet, I highly recommend. Another plus is that it's a lovely drive out to the farm as well.
