This company appears to be upfront and forward but NOT so, I recently purchased an item on a Live Auction right after the auction ended I made a prompt payment. I have the documents proving this along with a supporting invoice’s and there amounts. I then a few days later got another notice from the Live Auction stating the amounts were not correct and more money was required.
Beware of Buying items on the Internet!
I have made many attempts to contact the company and have yet to get an answer as to why the amounts are different. This Matter is still unresolved
You will make more selling you item on eBay. They charge the consignor 10% of the hammer price, and the buyer 15% buyer premium. This is a lose-lose for the buyer and seller. Save your time and money and cut these middle-men out of the picture.
Not a trustworthy vendor. Consignors get ripped off.
